Meditation is the simple practice of getting in touch with yourself. Practice involves sitting quietly and focusing on your breathing.

We teach techniques to try and help you to maintain this together with advice on where to meditate, how to sit while meditating and how often to meditate.

Repeated practice of this process requires some degree of determination but ultimately over a period of time (weeks or months) your mind begins to settle leading to an inner stillness and tranquillity.
